OSHA Recordkeeping
Who Needs to Maintain OSHA Logs?
Companies that have 10 or more employees in industries with high rates of work-related injury/illness are required to maintain OSHA-300 Logs and submit annual reports. Records must be maintain at the workplace for at least 5 years, with summaries of the previous year being posted annually from February-April.
How Do We Work?
Maintaining OSHA Logs and Summaries can be confusing and burdensome. We make it easier for employers by keeping OSHA-300 Logs up to date, providing mid-year reports for employers to review for accuracy, and generating OSHA 301 Forms, and an OSHA 300A Summary to be posted for employees. In the event that you are required to complete an OSHA Inspection we will transmit up to date records of your OSHA 301 Form, 300 Log, and 300A Summary within one business day.
